About Us

A warm, bilingual daycare where children grow through play, exploration, and meaningful connections.

At Garderie Éco-Petits Urbains, we believe early childhood is a time to explore, create, and build a strong sense of belonging.

Our approach focuses on play, creativity, and real-world experiences to support each child’s development in a safe and nurturing environment.

Exploration & Discovery

We encourage children to explore their environment, ask questions, and discover the world around them.

Creativity & Expression

We encourage imagination through art, storytelling, and hands-on activities that foster self-expression.

Community & Care

We create a caring environment where every child feels supported, respected, and part of a community.

Our Extended Community:

We are honoured to continue the legacy of Karina and Danny at Éco-Petits Urbains. While we care for the little ones, they continue to support older children (ages 6–12) at their learning center, Le Jardin Urbain.

Programs

Our mixed-age program welcomes children aged 18 months to 6 years, allowing them to learn from one another while growing at their own pace.

While children learn together in a shared environment, older children are offered additional activities to support their next learning stage.

18 Months – 3 Years

Younger children are supported through routines, play, and close guidance as they build security, language, and motor skills.

3 – 4 Years

As children grow, they develop independence, social skills, and confidence through interaction, creativity, and exploration.

5 – 6 Years

Older children are offered more advanced activities that support confidence, problem-solving, and growing independence.

Meet Our Team

Kurara
As an early childhood educator and co-owner, I spend my days exploring alongside children through play and shared experiences. With years of experience, I focus on creating an environment where each child feels a strong sense of belonging and is encouraged to be themselves. I value the connections we build as a community, where everyday moments matter, curiosity is welcomed, and we grow together.

Janeth
I am a passionate early childhood educator and co-owner of Éco-Petits Urbains, with over 20 years of experience caring for and guiding young children. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, loved, and understood. Through play, nature, and meaningful connections, I create spaces where children grow with confidence, curiosity, and joy, and feel supported every day.
